The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Commission meeting will be held via teleconference connection as permitted under the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020 due to concerns of COVID-19 ("Executive Order").

    1. Resolution No. 2926 - Approving and authorizing the
      Executive Director or Designee to take all needed actions relative to entering into a Loan with Five Star Bank in the approximate amount of One Million Five Hundred Dollars secured by the Real Property commonly referred to as Thompson Park Apartments in Lompoc, CA.                            
    2. Resolution No. 2927 - Authorization to Amend Summary Plan Description and FSA Plan Documents. 
    3. Resolution No. 2928 - Approving Attachment to the Personnel Handbook/Policy: Employee Privacy Policy Related to Vehicle GEO Location Tracking; GPS and Video/Audio Surveillance.

[1] Any member of the public may address the commission on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Housing Authority. For reasons of practicality, speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes each. No action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda unless otherwise authorized by law.
