The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Commission meeting will be held via teleconference connection as permitted under the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020, due to concerns of COVID-19 ("Executive Order").

    1. CLOSED SESSION: CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -ANTICIPATED LITIGATION

      Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) Government claim by Anell Hernandez.

    2. Discuss and Provide Direction to Staff: Re: Letter of objection and request for abandonment of the Bailard housing project concept from the City of Carpinteria.

    3. Resolution No. 2936 - Resolution of the Board Approving Harry's House Affordable Housing Project and authorizing the Executive Director of Designee to take all needed actions relative to entering into all Agreements for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating Harry's House Affordable Housing Project.

    4. Resolution No. 2937 - Authorization to Open Bank Accounts with Mechanics Bank or any other appropriate Financial Institution for Thompson Park Apartments.

    10. Resolution No. 2949 - Approval of 2021 South County Payment Standards, Emergency Housing Vouchers, Effective 12/1/2021.

    11. Resolution No. 2950 - Adoption of Revised Utility Allowance Schedules for the Low Rent Public Housing Program.

    12. Resolution No. 2951 - Adoption of Revised Utility Allowance Schedules for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.

For reasons of practicality, speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes each. No action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda unless otherwise authorized by law.
