    1. Resolution No. 4030 - Resolution of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Approving and Authorizing the Executive Director to Take All Needed Actions to Participate in the Joe Serna Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant Program
    2. Resolution No. 4031 - Resolution of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Approving The Patterson Point Affordable Housing Development and Authorizing its Executive Director or Designee to Execute and Take all Needed Actions in Consultation with Authority's General Counsel Relative to Entering into a Housing Authority Gap Loan, Property Management Agreement, Guaranty Agreement, Purchase Option and Right of First Refusal Agreement and Any Other Agreements for the Purpose of Constructing, Maintaining and Operating the Patterson Point Affordable Housing Project

[1] Any member of the public may address the commission on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Housing Authority. For reasons of practicality, speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes each. No action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda unless otherwise authorized by law.
