If you happen to forget your PIN, don't worry! You are able to change your PIN by calling 1-855-9-AKIMBO (855-925-4626) and using the automated system or speaking to a representative.
You can also change your PIN by simply logging into your online dashboard and clicking the "Account Profile" text in the upper left-hand corner, followed by the "Change PIN" button on the right-hand "Options" Panel.
Please note that if you enter your PIN incorrectly (3) or more times, it may be locked. This lock is temporary and will reset within 24 hours. You cannot unlock your PIN by resetting it.
