Braddock House is a single-story, four-bedroom home specifically designed and built to meet the needs of four, unrelated adults with developmental disabilities. The support services provided in this environment make it possible for the residents to live fully, safely and independently as active members of the community. It is located adjacent to the Old Town Goleta Neighborhood Park.

The Housing Authority partnered with Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) and Genesis Developmental Services to provide services to the residents.
