  NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE TO THE SCHEDULE OF CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND REPAIRS

             EFFECTIVE:  February 1, 2024

The Housing Authority of Santa Barbara County is implementing a change to our SCHEDULE OF CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND REPAIRS. The new schedule will become effective February 1, 2024.

Due to the increased cost of living, we have made a Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) to our maintenance and repair charges.
