Tenant Based Rental Assistance Waiting List Opening

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA
PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTIFICATION IS HEREBY GIVEN that EFFECTIVE December 2, 2019 at 8:00 am. The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara will be accepting Pre-applications for Tenant Based Rental Assistant Security Deposit Only for qualified applicants who are currently living or will be living within the Lompoc City Limits only. Applications are available on line at www.hasbarco.org. If an applicant needs a reasonable accommodation due to a disability a paper application is available upon request at any of our main offices (Lompoc, Santa Maria, Goleta). Applicants must be income qualified not to exceed 60% of the area median income as established by HUD. There are limited funds available.

This Public Notice is being published to ensure that individuals and interested groups are fully aware of this action.

The Housing Authority will accept applications for this program regardless of race, color, creed, sex, familial status, national origin, age, handicap or other protected groups under state, federal or local equal opportunity laws.
