My card was lost or stolen
If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 1-855-9-AKIMBO (1-855-925-4626) and report it missing. At that time, a customer service representative will be able to place a hold on your card so that no unauthorized activity may occur. Akimbo allows one (1) free card replacement within a twelve (12) month time period. Any additional card replacements are $5.00.
