The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Commission meeting will be held via teleconference connection as permitted in accordance with the requirements set out in Government Code 54953(e) and pursuant to the findings and authority set out in Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Resolution No. 3011.

    1. Resolution No. 3017 - Resolution proclaiming a Local Emergency and authorizing remote teleconference Meetings for a period of 30 days
    2. PHA Certifications of Compliance with the PHA Plans and Related Regulations - Board Resolution to accompany 2023 PHA Plan
    3. Resolution No. 3018 - Approval of Capital Fund Program 5 Year Action Plan
    4. Resolution No 3019 - Supporting authorizing the conversion of Evans Park, located in Santa Maria, California through HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration and Section 18 Disposition Program
    5. Resolution No. 3020 - Approving the Ecalante Meadows Affordable Housing Project and authorizing the Executive Director or designee to execute and take all needed actions relative to entering into an Amended and Restarted Agreement of Limited Partnership and all related agreements
    6. Resolution No. 3021 - Approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute and take all needed actions related to "Approved Transactions" to finance the construction and operations of a community facility located at 1090 Escalante Street, Guadalupe, CA.

For reasons of practicality, speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes each. No action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda unless otherwise authorized by law.
