Sandpiper Apartments, located in Goleta, is close to local beaches and public transportation. This two-story development consists of 68 units; 20 studios, 24 lofts, and 24 one-bedroom apartments. 

The Housing Authority purchased these units in 1997 and immediately began work on comprehensive improvements. To date, improvements include new energy efficient windows, new stairways, paint, fencing and landscaping.
