Vintage Walk

Vintage Walk, located on Avenue of the Flags in the city of Buellton, is a mixed-use development nearing completion. The Housing Authority will manage six affordable one-bedroom apartments to be leased under the Section 8 program with "project based" housing vouchers.

	The photo to the left was taken in September of 2007. Vintage Walk is expected to be completed in the very near future, and initial tenants will be selected from the pool of applicants established in accordance with applicable regulations.
