Villa del Sol involves the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of a 4-unit property that serves developmentally disabled adults in Isla Vista.  This property is composed of two studio apartments and two three-bedroom units.  All tenants receive supportive services to continue to live independently.  Project Based Section 8 rental assistance allows the rents to remain affordable.
