Located at 250-260 North Pacific Avenue in Orcutt, Leland Park Apartments was purchased by

the Housing Authority in 1988.  The complex consists of 16 one and two bedroom apartments and is  located in the area affectionately known as "Old Orcutt".  It is near shopping but off the beaten path enough to offer residents a quiet atmosphere.
