Modernization and Maintenance of these units is ongoing.  The most recent improvements include a new perimeter fence, flooring replacement, new stoves, window replacement, new roofing and exterior painting.  Another new addition is the playground pictured below.

In addition, the Guadalupe area Housing office was recently renovated and is now serving area clients by arrangement with the Santa Maria area office.
