Evans park is made up of 149 units of family and senior housing.  Built in 1967 and 1970 the development has undergone significant modernization in recent years.

Residents enjoy the family environment including several playgrounds and plenty of outdoor open space. 

Evans Park boasts a State of the Art Computer learning center, ESL and other Adult Education classes as well as an on-site Boys and Girls Club of America program and a Santa Maria City Police Department substation.
