Ted Zenich Gardens -
Construction is now complete on Ted Zenich
Gardens Apartments, a 24-unit affordable housing development targeted to
very low and low income family households in Santa Maria. These units will
provide much needed affordable housing with rents permanently restricted to
low and very low income households. Ted Zenich Gardens is located at
1034 East Chapel Street in Santa Maria and is now fully occupied.
Applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units
are now being accepted.
