The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara hereby notifies all interested parties that the public bid solicitations announced on this website are for the sole purpose of general awareness only and are subject to change by the Housing Authority subsequent to this announcement.  Anyone interested in submitting a bid in response to any such solicitation may download a formal copy of the Bid Packet, however should check back prior to bid submission to ensure any addenda have been considered in your bid/proposal.
