PUBLIC  HOUSING  PROGRAM  WAITING LIST OPENING

NOTIFICATION IS HEREBY GIVEN that EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 24, 2011, The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara will accept Applications for all bedroom sizes for the PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM WAITING LIST until further notice. Public Housing units are owned and operated by the Housing Authority.

You MUST have an E-mail address to apply.

Please note the Occupancy Standards and the bedroom sizes by area below to insure you are applying for the correct bedroom size in the area you choose to live in.

Public Housing

Public Housing 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units – Lompoc & Santa Maria/Guadalupe

Public Housing -  2 bedroom units – Goleta

Goleta

Positano Apartments –1, 2, 3 bedroom units -Goleta

Aparicio Apartments –0, 1, 2, 3 bedroom units -Goleta

Parkview Apartments –1 & 2 bedroom units- Goleta

Sandpiper Apartments –0 & 1 bedroom units – Goleta

Santa Maria

Rancho Hermosa –3 bedroom units only - Santa Maria

Lompoc

Parkside Apartments – 1 & 2 – Lompoc - (Elderly & Disabled Only)

Palm Grove Apartments - 2,3,4 Bedroom Units
