Horn Homes consists of 40 one

bedroom and 4 two bedroom

apartments designated specifically

for elderly and disabled residents.

In December 2002, the HACSB dedicated a new community center at Stanley Horn Homes in honor of Karen Weitzel, our former executive director - a lasting tribute to her efforts to provide decent housing for all.
